You will be speaking to prospects from all over the world, primarily the UK, Europe and Singapore. Read on for details:

Responsibilities:

  1. This challenging role will require you to be hands on in identifying, presenting and closing sales. You'll be speaking to prospects from all over the world- primarily the UK, Europe and Singapore- and will be managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement, demos through to close.

  2. Proper management of potential client portfolio and efficient time management: ie, actively plan to contact leads and setting of daily/weekly call and meeting schedules whilst maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

  3. Tracking all activities, tasks and actions in our CRM - methodical following up and planning for this is critical.

  4. Offering clear and unfettered communication with Vincere colleagues, working from Ho Chi Minh as part of a tight-knit, passionate global team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2+ years of working experience in the Recruitment/Headhunting or Sales

  • Experience in an out-bound sales environment and online selling 

  • A proven track record of consistently smashing performance targets

  • Native English level, or equivalent, is mandatory

Our Customer Success team are THE most important roles we will be hiring this year. This role is a natural fit for someone with a strong background in customer support, driving change and incredibly organised. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as primary point of contact throughout customer lifecycle to our global customers and advocate for customers internally at Vincere.

  • Help customers understand how Vincere works, troubleshooting any issues that they encounter

  • Run interactive training sessions with new and existing customers

  • Organise and prioritise customer feedback

  • Interface directly with the Vincere tech team to ensure the product roadmap is moving in the right direction

  • Lead internal projects and processes including collaboration with partners to drive successful completion of projects, partnering with other resources as necessary to ensure project success

  • Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Must be a team player and possess excellent collaborative skills

  • Strong communication skills, in both written and oral forms

  • Ability to effectively work with tight schedules and fast paced environment to minimise a problem

  • Ability to upsell a range of products and services to existing clients

  • Write effective user guides that can be understood by customers

  • Assist marketing team with tasks including social media campaigns

  • Deal with issues that are escalated from clients ensuring the relationship is maintained

  • Deal with issues that escalated internally

  • Prioritising issues ensuring that key problems are resolved quickly and efficiently

  • Able to build long term relationships with key clients

  • Ability to manage expectations

  • Must have the ability to effectively troubleshoot

  • The successful candidate will also possess the need for knowing why things happen the way they do, and the drive to continually evaluate and seek improvement for existing processes

  • Technically savvy and comfortable working with and learning new applications and systems 

  • Travel is an essential part of the role - to both clients offices to deliver presentations and training and to our other offices around the world.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

  • German language 
  • Proactive, adaptable and organised

  • Desire and ability to learn quickly

  • Proficiency in another language (desired)

  • Experience using CRM software (desired) 

TRAVEL:

  • Overnight travel will be required on occasion to meet with customers in the region.

  • Other travel, to offices in Australia, UK, US and Europe for company events will be discussed.
