You will be based in our Saigon office in Vietnam, working as part of a young, international team in one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.
The emerging field of Customer Success is, strategically, the smartest way to get into a tech start-up if you a) have little prior industry experience and b) are not a software engineer. This role is a natural segue into Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Management...depending on where your strengths and aspirations lie.
With offices opening in the US and the UK in early 2018, this role is a natural stepping stone into either location for the right candidate.
As Customer Success Executive you will be the vital link between the Vincere tech team and customers across 30+ countries. The clue is in the job title: you will help our customers get the most out of Vincere and be successful with our product. You will:
Help customers understand how Vincere works, troubleshooting any issues that they encounter
Run interactive training sessions with new and existing customers
Organise and prioritise customer feedback
Interface directly with the Vincere tech team to ensure the product roadmap is moving in the right direction
Customer relationship management: keep our customers humming with love of Vincere…
Minimise Churn: ensure that subscription cancellation is kept to a minimum
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Proactive, adaptable and organised
- Desire and ability to learn quickly
- Proficiency in another language (desired)
- Experience using CRM software (desired)
