*Human Resource:
• Recruitment: manage recruitment for all positions. 
• Merit & Performance: assist the process of Employee Performance Evaluation annually. Handle post-Merit process with employees, compulsory procedure by Labor Law or Social Insurance Law.
• Employee Benefits: manage all employee benefits program 
• Compensation: manage Payroll for employee based on Attendant/Absence report. 
• Manage employee profile
• Cultural Activities: make sure all activities are well plan and well prepared, running smoothly to get the highest satisfaction from employees. 
• Labor relationship: perform procedures regarding to Labor Contract, Social Insurance, Trade Union, Personal Income Tax & handle Annual Tax Finalization, etc.
• Planning & Budgeting: in-charged in HR planning for following year based on company strategy. Propose & manage the approved budget of HR/Admin to be effectively spent for a year. 
• Any other tasks assigned by immediate Supervisor.

*Office Administration:
• Office operations: manage office supplies, equipment to ensure a smooth operation. Manage cost to be spent effectively.
• Employee Admin: supervise HR assistant to perform employee administration issue likes business trip, or expat Work permit, residential card, apartment leasing.
• Any other tasks assigned by immediate Supervisor.




1. BA Degree in any discipline, experience in Admin Management /HRM would be an advantage.

2. 3 - 5 years experience working in HR/Admin for multinational company.

3. A team player with strong leadership, diplomatic, independent, resourceful, with good organizational and co- ordination skill
4. Ability to multi-tasks & work independently 
5. Good communication skill, good in English
6. Good knowledge of MS Office (including Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

About the Role:

As a Project Manager you will become part of our Professional Services team to support our international clients all over the world.

The role will work with our large clients to define their CRM change management, gap analysis and implementation plan as well as to schedule any custom work or training strategies through detailed but easy to follow project milestones.

You will work end-to-end with the implementation team from Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Product Development by using best practice project management techniques and known project management framework life cycle such as Six Sigma. You will lead the project, create project milestones and plan, initiate project communication and documentation, identify gaps and risks, mitigate risks and challenges, work with the team of developers as well as business users to problem solve various business as well as technical use cases, and ensure a smooth full implementation execution through measured best practice processes. You will also be involved in a technical discussion with the Product team as well as with the international customers around the globe.

You will be based in our Saigon office in Vietnam, working as part of a young, international team in one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.

With offices around the world,  this role is a natural stepping stone into either location for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create and lead project plans to deliver the implementation of Vincere products (Core, Engage, Pay & Bill, CommunicationHub and TimeTemp), Data migration, Custom Work feature development as well as Product feature releases. 

  • Manage the smooth communication ensuring expectation management and targets are clearly defined for both external and internal stakeholders.

  • Create detailed statements of work with execution tasks involving the process of implementation from the start until delivery.

  • Validate, analyze risk and change management items with clients and internal stakeholders based on the agreed statement of work. 

  • Develop repeatable processes, procedures and continuous improvement tasks.
    Coordinate change management items and systems migrations with the technical team, projects’ team and management.

  • Manage conflict and issue resolution as it arises and able to handle difficult conversation with calm and professional attitude.

  • Participate in detailed design and product test execution as required

  • Facilitate resolution of production issues that are related to Data Migration or Product development items.

  • Work with clients to identify gaps and be able to provide quick solutions / work around that is acceptable by the client until the permanent solution is being introduced.

  • Other projects and duties as required


We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge of project management processes and to be knowledgeable across the various subject of:

  • Experienced in working with C-Level, Director, Project Managers and Operational agents in medium to large software implementation projects and understanding the various SaaS products, CRMs, HR systems, Payroll systems and Resource management would be a plus.

  • Experienced in the recruitment industry, with knowledge of permanent, contract, retained search, executive search, temporary agency, and project consulting.

  • Advanced project management experience, change management and implementation delivery through a rigorous risk analysis with attention in detail with commercial mindset.

  • Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems and create well documented solutions.

  • Strong communication (in English),  strong presentations skills, and the ability to multitask.

  • Able to articulate technical terms in an easy to understand language.

  • Ability to work under pressure both independently and within a team, in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Project Plan tools (Teamwork, Microsoft Project, Visio and more), as well as understanding Google sheets/Excel formulas.

  • Previous software industry experience and involved in the professional services or product development stage of a product lifecycle.

The Payroll Implementation Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of our VINCERE Pay and Bill product, including integrations with best in breed Payroll solutions. It’s a critical module for the Vincere platform as it provides the final element of a fully automated end to end service offering. We are reducing the need for extensive and expensive integrations or use of other third-party Pay and Bill systems and providing our customers with a single source of truth.

This role will define the implementation of our pay and bill product. You’ll work with the product and training teams to plan upcoming product and implementation requirements. Work with us to enhance the solution and provide guidance to the Tech team on customer requirements and other commercial aspects. You will be involved in and facilitate discussions and documentation on the Vincere Pay and Bill implementation including, payroll, scoping of projects, testing requirements and managing onboarding.

Acting as the point of accountability for EMEA you’ll need to bring context to the team and educate them in regard to payroll processes, implementation and assist the broader Vincere group in critical back-office solutions. This involves liaising with Vendors to ensure customer needs are met. 


  • Vincere Pay and Bill Implementation Lead for EMEA, including both pre & post-sales project scoping, testing requirements, and payroll requirements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle on Vincere Pay and Bill and external payroll providers. 

  • Working in collaboration with the Sales team to drive large client deals. 

  • Analyse customer requirements - use this to drive sales and implementation decisions. 

  • Working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams - to be the voice of the customer for future product roadmap and upgrades. 

  • Interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.


We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge of the back office process of recruitment agencies and to be knowledgeable across the various subject of:

  • Back-office technology experience (ETZ, Access, Intime, Tempaid) and/or experience in delivering payroll solutions to end customers. 

  • Full understanding of Payroll processes and systems

  • CRM Technology experience, ideally experienced in integrations between front and back office systems. 

  • Understanding of the Middle to Back office lifecycle, such as implementing timesheets to payroll solutions. 

  • Solid Project Management experience 

  • An eye for detail, a cool head under pressure and a sense of urgency when required

  • People management experience, with ability to delegate effectively, as this role will expand over time.

The opportunity: We’re growing our ANZ market-share and we’re looking for a sales gun to help us do it. 

This role is ideal for an ex-agency recruiter, especially one that understands the world of contract recruitment.  You’ll be working from our small Sydney office (this is not a #WFA role) and will report into Group leadership, who are based you’ll need to be a self-starter who gets a kick out of being the new-kid-on-the-block in the market. 


What you’ll be doing: 

  • A full-cycle sales role: from 1st call through to negotiation/close

  • Create own funnel of prospects (you’re a hunter and won’t wait to be fed leads) via a multi-channel BD and customer acquisition strategy, including video, phone, face-to-face and social media engagement

  • Perform online demos of Vincere to prospects 

  • Manage your daily tasks and sales pipeline to ensure you hit quota

  • Be a ‘brand-amplifier’ on social media to grow Vinny’s presence in the ANZ market


You’ll have the following characteristics:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years experience in either agency recruitment (highly-desired) or B2B Sales

  • Experience in an out-bound sales environment and online selling

  • A proven track record of consistently smashing targets, you’re highly-revenue driven (BTW, we offer industry-leading % commission rates)
